3. Mold Remediation: Mold can pose health risks and requires specialized techniques and equipment for proper removal. Hence, there will be a mandatory upcharge for mold remediation, starting at $225.

4. Bodily Fluids: Dealing with bodily fluids requires utmost care, safety measures, and proper disposal protocols. Therefore, there will be an upcharge for cleaning and sanitizing areas affected by bodily fluids. The specific cost will be determined based on the extent of the situation, starting at $225.

5. Smoke Remediation: Smoke remediation involves thorough cleaning, deodorizing, and potentially using specialized equipment to eliminate smoke odors and residue. Hence, there will be a mandatory upcharge for smoke remediation, starting at $225.

6. Oxidation Removal: Oxidation can cause surfaces to deteriorate and lose their original luster. To restore the appearance and protect the integrity of affected surfaces, oxidation removal is necessary. Therefore, there will be a mandatory upcharge for oxidation removal services.
